A Boy and his Car ...er... Computer?
I've been meaning to post a picture of the new car since we picked it up, when we returned from vacation. Last weekend was the first sunny day I had time to snap a picture.
Meet Vert-i-go!
We're loving the Prius. Andrew likes all of the geeky gadgets. Finally he can drive a computer...
I think it's nice to finally have our own car. Well, ok, it's still leased by the company, but it is a lease and not a rental. Can you believe we've been driving rental cars for over three years?! How un-economical is that? Thank God we weren't paying for them.
We were finally able to choose our vehicle, the colour, the options and it actually feels like it's ours. I'm sure it won't stay shiny and new for long in Brussels but at least we should be able to get our parking permit soon!

Hey cute guy...er car. Since its not black, it should be easy to find.
Does it have a security system? Well, maybe it would be better not to antagonize the local yabous.
Loved the photos and the loft is looking great!
Thank god you got a railing, how scary was that before the railing.Even the calico must have been afraid.
I'm hoping the window smashers around here are ecologically minded and will leave it alone... but being Belgium something is bound to happen to it sooner or later.
As for the railing - we waited so long for it, now it seems rather anti-climatic. I was a bit freaked out by the stairs for the first week or so, but after that I didn't even notice we didn't have a railing, in fact I rather liked how it kept the room open. Oh well, I was actually expecting something much worse looking.
Your car is so beautiful!
