It figures that Canada is on the leading edge of innovation once again... and once again we have to deal with our own bureaucracy. This would sell like hotcakes over here:

I think I would want to make car noises too!
This is hilarious, but rather embarassing to think we have to go through this crap for something that is good for the environment- that which is supposed to be a priority for our government. Anyway, gotta love the way he reports it- right to the point and no b/s. those hearing the laughter from my office have now joined me in watching it again- thanks for the laugh-at ourselves.
